MCpl Alfred Barr died March 8th, 2017 during a routine jump after a parachute malfunction.

Joseph Gilbert

Sgt. Janick Gilbert died on October 27, 2011, after parachuting into icy, stormy waters during a rescue mission to save two Inuit hunters. The hunters were successfully rescued but Sgt. Gilbert died during the mission.

Sgt Roy was one of six crewmen that died aboard a CH113 Labrador when it crashed in a wooded area in Eastern Quebec  on the 2nd of October, 1998. The crew was returning from a medical evacuation operation in Sept-Iles, Quebec.
